Pets may be considered, based on availibility, size, breed. Please inquire first. The property is not fully fenced & pets must be walked & leashed for walking. The neighborhood is a nice walking area & pet waste must be picked up in the yard and street areas. (I'm sorry but no cats allowed due to allergies)

please note: the main apt & this apartment are attached by a common wall. Both units are soundproofed & completely separate with no mutual acess to either apartment. The common wall is completely blocked.
