One of the home's biggest highlights is the private screened pool and spa. The southeast-facing pool area is ideal for starting the day outdoors and enjoying the Florida sunshine. Begin the morning with coffee beside the pool, take a refreshing swim before heading to the theme parks, or plan a relaxing afternoon at home when your group wants a break from a busy Orlando itinerary.



The spacious screened lanai and pool deck with outdoor patio furniture create a comfortable outdoor gathering area for the entire group. After a full day at Walt Disney World, return home for an evening beside the pool and enjoy having your own private outdoor retreat just steps from the living area.



The adjoining private spa provides another place to unwind. Please note that the spa is not a hot tub and does not heat independently. When optional pool heat is added, the spa is heated to the same temperature as the swimming pool.



When it's time to bring everyone indoors, the game room offers plenty of friendly competition with a pool table, air hockey, and foosball.
