Overall it was a good stay and I would stay again. The cleanliness of the house was lacking (dirty floors and bathroom). They fixed it quickly, but two of the beds were broken upon arrival. For the cost it is really great. Safe and quiet

Staff was great, communication till arrival was great and staff on site were great. I do have some issues with the property I was involved in. Washing machine was moldy, floors unswept, patio furniture moldy, obvious water damage which hasn't been fully repaired upstairs. The pool was way smaller than the photos. I was given a larger unit without my knowledge with a smaller pool. The reason i did not notice this until the following day was because of the 4pm check-in and a early meeting. I payed a $100 + cleaning fee to walk into a dirty condo. I would love to speak to someone about my stay but I dont know how far this goes. Again the staff was amazing but the condo was less than acceptable.

This is our 3rd stay over the years and always had rhe best of times. This time, was very uncomfortable. Be ready for no condiments and cooking oil. No mop or mats anywhere and those are needed since there is a pool in the townhouse. We stayed monday thru Friday and we were 5 people, we ran out of toilet paper and napkins by Wednesday. We asked for more and got ONE roll of toilet paper and was told we needed to buy the napkins! We needed more shampoo and trash bags but decided not to ask for more since it seemed everything was limited. We were using the plastic bags from the grocery store for trash. We woke up at 930 friday (our last day) i called front desk to ask for an extra hour. Lady was horribly rude. Also the hair dryers dont work and there were toys and animal food, smell from previous tenants. We will not be staying here again.

The house we got was dirty and dusty and not equipped for renters. The outside area around the pool was disgusting, the inside wasn’t much better. Mold everywhere inside and outside the lanai was all tore up with big pieces missing so anything could get in at anytime. No pool skimmer to clean all the things that did get in the pool from it being ripped up. The stones around the pool were all uneven and some were broke there was weeds all grown up in the bricks and mold on all the furniture outside and all over around the pool on the walls and ground. Didn’t use the pool area at all because of the condition it was in. Inside smelt closed up when we got there and very musty the vents and blinds all needed cleaned we had to call the front desk and they did send someone in to do another clean after being there one night because it was just awful it didn’t seem like this place was ready to have visitors it seems like a place that they are trying to sell and can’t so they have it listed for vacationers use on Expedia. We were supposed to stay 10 days we only stayed 3 and left early. Got no refund on it at all even after explaining our concerns to the front desk several times. They didn’t care I do not recommend this place at all the other houses around us didn’t look like they were kept up any better ether I wouldn’t recommend booking here find some where else. Plus it was way over priced especially for what it was.

Property not fit for purpose

The property was very tired and out dated. The pool area is unsafe and dirty. The pool itself was dirty and the filter didn’t work. The fridge had my full shop in and then realised it wasn’t working and couldn’t be fixed until after the weekend. The management company came out to fix the problems reported but couldn’t and didn’t have any other properties available to move to. Not happy at all and asked for a refund but as the rate was non refundable they refused. We booked another place to stay and lost the money on the house instead of staying as it wasn’t fit for purpose. We have stayed at this resort before and been super impressed but not this time and won’t be returning.

checked in during process they charge me for after check out 150 $ plus tourist tax plus state tax plus fees resort usually cleaning be included reservation booking, serives not that good due front disk to open 11 AM after requested to change coffee maker which was broke not working it came to me after 3 times reminders with house keeping, the furniture updated used old, unit pool dirty, also parking rules any where you can park so infornt your unit not always available so I have to park far away, my advice to any one who looking for resort to have vacation in Kissimmee keep this as spare a plan B

Was a terrible experience the king size bed and the mattress were uncomfortable everytime you move the bed started making noices also the hot tub was having issues to regulate the temperature, I will never recommend this place, everytime we sitting down in the couch we were sinking, they should change few things before continuing renting the townhouses.
