Very kind and friendly staff. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. I think that they should rebrand. Budget Inn suggests a place that is not as clean and comfortable as this.

The good: Very friendly and helpful front desk staff. Maintenance guy was very polite. The not good: Room is rough. Moldy grout around tub, furniture in bad shape, bathroom door so warped it wouldn't close. If you don't have any options it will work, but I would not want to be there with my family.

Atmosphere very unsafe feeling, no where to park had to park at a restaurant nearby. Sink wouldnt drain and toilet barely flushed, cheap thin towels, loud outdoors.
