### House Rules

* Check-in is at 4:00 PM.
* Check-out is at 10:00 AM.
* The minimum booking age is 21 years old; at least one guest in the party must meet this requirement.

### Important Information

To ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay, please note the following:

* **Pool & Spa Heat:** This service is available for an additional fee of $30 + tax per night for your entire stay. Please request this at least 2 days before your check-in. Note: The spa is not a hot tub; it is heated to the same temperature as the pool when the service is active.
* **Barbecue Grill:** Use of the grill is available for a flat fee of $65 + tax per stay, which includes one tank of propane. This must be requested before your check-in.
* **Amenities:** We provide all linens and towels, hairdryers, an iron, and an ironing board. A Pack 'n Play is also available upon request.
* **Package Delivery:** If you need to have packages delivered during your stay, please contact us for specific instructions.
