Pool/spa heating is $65 per day and must be for the entire reservation. The grill is $150 for use and includes a tank of propane.

We had an amazing stay at this Windsor Island rental! With a group of 21 people, there was still more than enough space for everyone to spread out and have their own privacy, which made the trip so much more enjoyable. The outdoor area was a highlight—especially the grill and seating space, which made it perfect for relaxing and spending time together.The kids (ages 11–17) absolutely loved everything about the house, from the themed rooms to the pool table, movie area, and private pool. On top of that, the resort amenities were a huge hit and kept everyone entertained throughout the stay. The location of the house was also ideal—just a short, completely walkable distance to all the resort activities, which made things incredibly convenient.We did have to reach out to the host about a couple of minor things, and he was extremely responsive. Both issues were handled quickly and were very easy fixes. Overall, this was a fantastic experience, and we would definitely recommend this property to others!
