A Small, Beautiful and Relaxing place with excellent amenities for families and friends. Close to Disney and other attractions. King sized master bedroom and a small converted guest bedroom.
Restaurants, Shopping and Entertainment just right next door.
You can go out and have fun or just put up your legs and enjoy the many amenities. Heated pool - Game room - Tennis/Volleyball Court - Fitness room. Ideal and affordable.
No smoking, partying, events or pets. Violators will be penalized.

A second floor 2BR apartment with excellent amenities in a safe and gated community within 5 miles of Disney Animal Kingdom Theme park. One Spacious Master bedroom with a King bed and Walk in closet. A second converted small guest bedroom with a queen bed.
The resort amenities include 2 Pools one of which is heated, Gym, Tennis Court, Volleyball court, Play areas and ponds. Equipped with fast wifi, large TV and a work desk.

The home has a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, 50 inch TV in the living room and TV in the master bedroom as well. Unit has a dedicated washer and dryer. Linen and towels are provided to the guests!

The master bedroom has a king size bed and closet.

Please note that the guest bedroom is quite small and has a large opening in the wall near the ceiling.

Unit amenities include; towels, linen, coffee maker, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, microwave oven, refrigerator, electric stove, dishwasher, electric toaster, central air/heat, dishes, cookware and utensils.

There are 2 swimming pools in the resort and the one next to the clubhouse is heated. The resort also features a indoor Game Room, Fitness center, Volleyball court and Kids play area.

This is a strictly no smoking property. If violated we will charge $100 penalty.
