Complimentary tennis racquet and balls as well as Volleyball equipment is provided at the Clubhouse for your convenience.  Arrangements can be made for fishing poles if you choose to fish during your stay.  It is a catch and release Lake in Glenbrook.

Keyless entry. The last 4 digits of the primary guest phone number will be used for access. Abundance of parking. Driveway can fit 4 cars or 2 SUVs. Overnight street parking is not allowed. Guest can park extra cars overnight by the clubhouse. There are 2 exterior cameras....one in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house.

Living space
The family room anchors the home with two queen memory foam pull-out sofas and a 65-inch HDTV with Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, Apple TV, Amazon Prime Video, HBO Max, and Fire TV - plenty of room to spread out after a day at the parks. A dedicated children’s playroom and life-size games give younger guests their own space to burn off energy, while the theme room adds a fun, distinct touch somewhere in the home.

Every bedroom includes room-darkening shades, extra pillows and blankets, and walk-in closet, closet, wardrobe, or dresser storage. A crib and pack ‘n play are always on hand, along with a standalone high chair and baby bath - easy for families traveling with little ones.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is fully equipped for everything from quick breakfasts to full family dinners: a Whirlpool stainless steel electric stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, and hot water kettle, plus a drip coffee maker and Keurig for your morning routine. Cooking basics, dishes and silverware, baking sheets, a blender, toaster, and wine glasses round out the setup, and breakfast is provided for guests. Gather at the dining table indoors or carry plates out to the private patio for a meal by the pool.

Outdoor space
Step outside to a private backyard with a patio, outdoor dining area, sun loungers, a hammock, and a gas BBQ grill. The private pool is heated and available year-round, open 24 hours with pool toys on hand, and the private spa is also open 24/7 - ideal for unwinding on cooler evenings or after a full day exploring. A theme park-style home base, right down to the pool view from select rooms.

Entertainment & recreation
Rainy-day or post-park downtime is covered with a ping pong table, pool table, exercise equipment (elliptical, free weights, stationary bike, treadmill), and books and reading material. Free resort access means guests can also use a shared gym along with nearby tennis and volleyball courts, with no additional resort fees.

Tucked in the Orlando area, this home puts you close to the theme parks and area dining and shopping, with lake access via a nearby path or dock and a laundromat close by for longer stays.

Good to know
The home offers free driveway parking for 4 vehicles plus free street parking, self check-in with a smart lock, a private entrance, and it’s a single-level layout with no stairs. Exterior security cameras cover the front and back of the property only. Pets are allowed, and housekeeping is available 24/7 at an extra cost. Long-term stays of 28+ days are welcome.

Easy accessibility to I4 that leads to all Theme parks. Uber and Lyft are readily available. Food delivery by Door dash, uber eats to name a few.
