OUR STAY

We checked in late night. TRY to find unit # in the dark no lights. Pool was covered with black bugs and no net to clean. Down stairs tv did not work Ac did not work. I made a phone call no answer had to leave message. Ac fixed the next day and pool cleaned. I DO NOT WANT TO HAVE TO CALL FOR REPAIRS THINGS SHOULD HAVE BEEN TAKEN CARE OF BEFORE WE ARRIVED. Fan in upstairs bedroom if on high looks like its going to fall off. Nobody wants to talk to you in person everything over texting. Thats not for me.
