It was a wonderful resort. I took my family there for fall break and it was never a dull moment. Waterpark is a separate fee and the do charge a pet fee. Other than that amazing go ahead and BOOK NOW

Great location and wonderful experience. Minutes from Universal Studios with free shuttles both ways. The staff was quick and knowledgeable with any request or question I had and it’s all available via text. They even let me check in 5 hours early free of charge! Split between my party of 4, this resort was only an extra 40/person for our entire 4 night stay compared to a traditional boring hotel. Highly recommend and will definitely be coming back next year.
