Keyless entry. The last 4 digits of the primary guest phone number will be used for access. Abundance of parking. Driveway can fit 4 cars or 2 SUVs. Overnight street parking is not allowed. Guest can park extra cars overnight by the clubhouse. There are 2 exterior cameras....one in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house.

This home accommodates up to 10 guests across four bedrooms. Two master suites feature king beds and ensuite bathrooms, with one offering direct access to the pool area. A third bedroom includes a queen bed, while a Toy Story-themed room with two single beds is designed with younger guests in mind. A queen-size sofa bed in the living room provides additional sleeping space.

Living and entertainment spaces
Inside, you’ll find multiple areas to unwind, including a main living room with a 55 inch HDTV and streaming services, along with a separate family room that opens to the patio. The game room is set up for hours of fun with arcade games, a pool table, ping pong table, and life size games. A dedicated workspace in a private room is supported by Wifi and an Ethernet connection.

Step outside to your private outdoor pool and spa, surrounded by sun loungers and outdoor seating. The patio features a dining area and a gas BBQ grill for easy outdoor meals.
