Clean, Well laid out. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Contact with the Host was excellent. 2 dishwashers, 2 refrigerators, 2 washing machines, and 2 dryers make life with a lot of people a lot easier.

A wonderful get away

This a beautiful home with lots of room for the multiple couples/families that stay with us. The bonus of having three refrigerators (two in the kitchen and one the garage) was amazing!Melody was a fabulous host. She quickly responded to all my questions and helped work through some minor issues we had at the start of the stay. The information that was shared with us prior to our arrival was also excellent. With that said, there were a few minor concerns. The house, though overall was clean, the stairs/upstairs carpet is in need of a good cleaning. Some areas (trim in bathrooms, pool) could use a little extra TLC cleaning as well. But in reality, these issues were minor. The house is beautiful and we didn't let this bother us. Also, the kitchen could use a restocking of some items such as measuring spoons and cups as well as some large bowls and an additional coffee pot or carafe. One coffee pot didn't work well with 13 adults! Also, a toaster was broken (we had to hold down the level) and the grill self starting lighter was broken, which is a real problem when you don't have a manual lighter to start the drill. The pool skimmer was also ripped so we were not able to clean the top of the water in the pool, so it was very dirty by the end of the week.With all that said, we absolutely loved the week and would definitely return! Now...if you only fix the traffic outside the Solterra, that would be amazing!! ;)

Boys Volleyball Nationals

Perfect host and beautiful house. The house was very clean, no bugs or rodents. We chose this house because most bedrooms have their own bathroom and it worked out well. Trash was picked up every morning which I understand can be problematic at other house but we had no issues. With outdoor temps in the mid 90s the house stayed cool even upstairs. Keep your doors closed. Makes a big difference. There is room for two cars in the garage three in the driveway and you’re allowed passes up to five more vehicles. Those vehicles with passes will have to park a few houses down in the designated spots, but it really wasn’t an issue for us. The gate staff were very friendly and helpful. Host responded immediately before, during and after our stay which was very much appreciated.

Perfect Vacation Home for Large Group

Clean, well maintained vacation home was ideal for our group of 20 ranging in age from 6 years to 73 years. Our host, Melody, was easy to communicate with, always answering any questions I had in a timely manner. Although we spent most of our time at Disney Parks, there were many activities available on the Solterra Resort prperty.

Awesome Week

Our family gathered for our 27th annual family reunion since 2019 due to Covid. The house was perfect for our family of 28. The house met our expectations. We were all comfortable. Plenty of space in the dining room and living room, bedrooms with bathrooms, pool area. The hosts were always available. I recommend this house for any large family get togethers. You will not be disappointed!

Overall this is a great property. All living spaces were exactly as advertised and meet the needs for my family. Garage should probably not be used for storage of TV boxes so renters could feel more comfortable when using. Pool table and accessories need work. Actual pool was great and used often at the end of long days. My family and i would stay here again.

Xmas family vacation

The pictures of the house were spot on and what you see is what you got. Check in was a breeze as the information was provided prior to our arrival. Our host provided us with information on things to do other than the theme parks, she was accessible and answered our questions promptly. We had 23 people in the house and it was large enough to accommodate us without feeling like we were on top of each other. You will not be disappointed if you rent this house.

Family Xmas vacation

Overall we enjoyed the property. It has enough rooms with an adjacent private bathroom for almost every room which gives you privacy but at the same time the common areas are quite inviting to be there. We also went to the club house and everything was fine. Melody was very clear on her messages about all there is to know about the property. We had a great time and the house was a perfect match for our family needs.

Great house for extended family!

We had a wonderful time during our family vacation! We had 5 separate families with lots of kids. The house worked great! Everyone had their own space and the common area was large enough to accommodate eating meals together. We really enjoyed the pool at the house and the resort amenities.
