INCLUDED IN YOUR RESERVATION:

- We maintain the pool at 70 degrees. If you’d like it warmer, just let us know at least 48 hours before arrival so we can have it ready for you. Pool (85) heat is available for $35/day or $225/week plus tax (minimum 2 consecutive days). Please note the pool system will not operate at full capacity when Air Temp is 50 degrees or cooler. No pool heat refunds will be offered based on weather conditions. Please let us know if you’d like to add heating or if you have any questions!

- Guests are welcome to use the grill during their stay. Please note that propane is not included or provided. Any propane left onsite by previous guests is available for your use, but we cannot guarantee the tank will be full. Let us know if you would like to purchase full propane tanks before your arrival.

- Kid friendly! Complimentary children’s amenities; Pack N Play, stroller, highchair, and safety gate

- We provide free itinerary guides designed by locals for families or adults. You will be able to download them when you book with us.

- Dogs are allowed and must be authorized by the Host. No Cats or other animals. Pet Cleaning & Sanitation Fee added per pet.

Parking:

There are 3 approved places to park:

In the single-stall garage. The largest vehicle it will accommodate is a midsize SUV.
In the driveway, as long as the sidewalk is not blocked.
In the roundabout between the dumpsters and the community pool.

Please do not park in any other areas, as parking rules are enforced by the community.
