The host seemed ok. I have never stayed at a property connected to VRBO. There was a confusion on my end about payment by a 3rd party, but it was a small amount so I just paid it.

The best Stay-Cation Ever

On Thursday evening, my wife and I considered planning a get-a-way and decided on VRBO. As always, it was the best choice. Specifically, Westgate Resort accommodated us and we enjoyed all the amenities.

Overall - great stay. But as a non-owner guest, some activities will cost extra. Also, the water quality is not great - use bottled water.

Not what I RSVP

We arrived at the property a little after 9 pm for check in. The room listed stated it had a balcony and a jetted tub. The roim we were given didnt have either. We were told they all the rooms with balcony and jetted tubs were full/ sold out. We were told its in a first come first served basis despite your reservation. I was highly upset being my husband's Cluster phobic we booked a balcony room for we this reason. We had to pay and additional 113$ to upgrade to another unit. Ill never book west gate using vrbo again you may or may not get what you rsvp. I tried contacting the host while at the property with no luck. Only great thing is ,The location is perfect of the property its close to everything.

Well the room was very small but nice I’ve stayed at this resort before the rooms always had a full kitchen and full size jetted tub the room was located right next to the kids park so it was a lil noisy music played all day long but service was great next time I’ll be more precise in what I’m looking for but overall it was ok room service didn’t come not one day of our 3 night stay that was a big plus for me so that’s why I gave a four star

All inclusive you don't have to go anywhere else.

I love that we were close to everything we needed. Great room love the jet tub. Very relaxing. View outside of the glass sliding door was of parking lot, but it was not to bad.
