Transparency and communication is very important to us! We want to make it clear, that we are here at your disposal for any doubts or suggestions.

We can't wait to have you here enjoying peace and quiet and having lots of fun!

5 bedrooms (3 of them with king size beds), 5 bathrooms, garage with ping pong table, pool/spa (heating for a fee) and much more!

Your kids will go crazy with our themed rooms:
When they're not exploring the parks or relaxing/playing by the pool, they can immerse themselves in the charms of HARRY POTTER and MICKEY'S ROOM.

With a large resort, in a great location, it will make this the best of all your family vacation.

The entire house has high speed internet coverage and central air conditioning.
A dishwasher for all your needs, washer and dryer, and plenty of utensils and appliances so you can feel right at home.

We have space for 2 cars on the driveway.

We provide bath towels, beach towels, and hand towels.
**We do not offer washcloths for hygiene reasons.
We understand that this is an individual item :)

Guests will have access to the entire house.

**Unfortunately our guests will not have access to the Club House (all amenities) at Encore At Reunion.

Guests can call and text anytime they need assistance.
Chat room is my preferable way of communication.
Messages are typically replied in minutes.

We know that in the Orlando Metropolitan area, where everything is so spaced out, location is VERY important.
Guess what? This one is impeccable: Encore at Reunion is around 15 minutes from the Walt Disney Complex, 25 from Universal.
Shopping?
We’re 17 minutes from Orlando Vineland Premium Outlets, and under 20 from the nearest Walmart, Walgreens, Target… anything you want.
And the best part: They are all basically to the same direction, so you can always drop by one on the way back from the other.
No need to make crazy logistic plans. This house is for people that already do that too much on their regular time, and stay here exactly so they can relax and live with ease.

The best way to get around is with your own car, rental, or Uber.

By making your reservation, you agree to all of our rules:

- Quiet hours: 10:00pm to 08:00am

- You must be at least 21 years old to book this property.

- Pets are not allowed on our property, if someone comes to break this rule, we will have a fine of $500.00.

- We will also apply a fine ($1,000.00) if we fail to comply with the NO SMOKING rule on our property.

- Parties are strictly prohibited. If guests have a party or other event, guests will charged $800 and removed from the property no refund.

- Children friendly DOES NOT MEAN the area is CHILD-PROOF.
It is the responsibility of the guardian/parent to monitor their children's actions AT ALL TIMES.

- No food or drink allowed in the bedrooms, game room, or pool/spa

- There will be a $12.00 fee for any damaged towel.

- We offer a BBQ grill and propane gas tank EMPTY (Feel free to refuel)
If used, we have a $35.00 cleaning fee.

- We offer pool/spa heating for an additional $55 per night (it has to be for the entire stay).

- Pool cleaning is done weekly by a professional company for your comfort. In rare events, they have to go more than once. If you are in the pool when they come, you will have to come out so they can perform their work. I hope you understand

- Check-out is at 10 am.
Any late check-out after 10:01 am will be charged a fee of $ 100.00.
If the guest exceeds 11:00 am without permission, an additional fine of $200.00 per hour will be applied to the guest.
** Any minute exceeded, the total hourly rate will be charged.
Sorry about that, but we need enough time to prepare the house for our next guests.

By making reservation, you also agreed that the pool/spa and pool area will be used at your own risk.
