Amazing 4bdr house in Disney!

Get ready for the ultimate family getaway near the Disney magic! Our awesome vacation home is just a stone`s throw away from Disney`s enchantment, some lip-smacking restaurants, and grocery stores, all wrapped up in a secure, gated community. Amazing clubhouse with pool, jacuzzi, kids area and a bakery! Everything you need for a pleasant stay!!

**Important:** We are committed to protecting our properties and keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations, which is why you will be asked to complete our independent verification.

**Please note:** Before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details with us to complete your booking.

You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver (USD35.00). We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.

NOTE: This is a vacation home. We offer some complimentary supplies until you have a chance to purchase them. (2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 2 garbage bags, 1 soap and 1 fabric softener, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish detergent, a few loads of pods for the dishwasher, and 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 soap (per bathroom).
We don`t leave any kind of seasoning or food to avoid contamination.
Wash towels: In accordance with Airbnb`s hygiene recommendations and COVID 19 guidelines, the WASH TOWEL is considered a disposable and personal item, so we recommend that you bring your own.
The other towels (bath towel, hand towel, and pool towel) will be provided and will be available at the house, in proportion to the number of guests staying.
🕙 Late Check-Out

Late check-out incurs a USD 60 fee if departure is completed by 12:00 PM.
After 12:00 PM, a full daily rate will be applied.

🔇 Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM.

🗑️ Excessive Garbage / Extra Cleaning
A USD 80 fee will apply if the house is left with excessive trash or requires additional cleaning beyond normal use.

🚭 Smoking
Smoking inside the house is strictly prohibited.
A USD 250 fee will be charged if smoking is detected indoors.

🐾 Unauthorized Pets
Pets are not allowed unless previously approved.
A USD 250 fee applies for any unapproved pet.
