This charming four-bedroom, three-bathroom townhouse in Paradise Palms Resort comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests, making it ideal for families or groups. The home features a king bedroom with a private bathroom located just outside the room, a king master suite, a queen bedroom, and a twin-over-twin bunk bedroom. Bedrooms three and four share an external bathroom for convenience. With its thoughtful layout and comfortable accommodations, this townhouse provides a relaxing and enjoyable stay for guests of all ages.

Resort Parking Rules:
The resort allows a maximum of 3 cars per townhome.
Each townhome has its own numbered parking spaces. You may park on your unit's numbered spots or any other unnumbered spots.

PARKING
Parking is free.

- Commercial Vehicles, RVS, Trailers, Buses, Golf Carts or Boats are not allowed at Compass Bay.

- THIS HOME IS SELF-CATERING
We do provide a small welcome kit to get you started.
Please stop by the nearest supermarket to gather any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay.

- TRASH DISPOSAL
Please place trash in the dumpster daily to keep a clean home.

- HOUSEKEEPING
There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.

- ONLINE PURCHASE
If the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned back to the sender.
Only UPS, DHL and FEDEX delivers them.
In some resorts the packages are delivered to the clubhouse. Fees may apply.
Some resorts may not accept them.
