Everything was good but we were very upset with an event we went to Orlando for due to the co start deluge, it ruined our night so we left early morning. Hotel was good and our pet was a smash hit though. Housekeeping forgot to fill up shampoo bottle for the bathroom.

Very big corner room. Comfortable bed. Very clean room. Hot water takes a while to heat up but it's still ok. The towel shelf and closet hangers are too high for short people. Closet is too small and only has 4 hangers. Not enough hooks for hanging the towels.

We loved our stay at Aloft Downtown Orlando. We were there one night to see a show at the Dr. Philip’s Center and the hotel was right across the street! The staff was amazing. They were all very friendly and even upgraded our room to a suite when we arrived at no extra cost just so we could have more room. Would not stay anywhere else the next time we are in town.

This property was modern and upbeat. It was pet friendly that had extra amenities for the fur babies. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were very spacious and clean. I would MOST DEFINITELY stay here again. The only downfall is the parking, it is vallet only.
