Facility was clean. Staff were pleasant and helpful. No room service. Limited comfort in room. No dressers. No table space. Sink needed to have your hands under the sensor while on. Very inconvenient. Noise even on the 24th floor was terrible! Street noise and noise from the bar on the 18th floor

Location is excellent, walk to the Kia center or walk downtown. Easy access to highways. It is noisy though because of the proximity to highways, they do provide air plugs if the noise bothers you.
