Our must see 3 bedroom 2 bath luxury condo is the perfect Orlando area resort home in the beautiful, colonial-styled and child-friendly Bahama Bay resort. On the second floor (of three) in building 9, the condo comes fully furnished with a premium furniture package and has 2 screen enclosed balconies with furniture. The property has new vinyl plank flooring in the living areas and new flatscreen smart TVs in the living room & bedrooms. Also recently replaced are the Samsung kitchen appliances, living room and dining furniture, ceiling fans, mattresses, bedding and drapes and the condo was recently repainted throughout.

Bahama Bay is a 24-hour guard gated community located in Four Corners, set in 70 acres of lush, beautifully-maintained grounds. With a list of amenities a mile long, you’ll never want to leave! On site, there are 4 heated swimming pools, 6 hot tubs, a children’s splash park and playground, a restaurant and bars, volleyball and tennis courts, a sand beach and fishing pier on Lake Davenport and nature trails all within the Bahama Bay community. And if that’s not enough to keep you busy, you’re only 10 - 15 minutes away from Disney!

There is free Wi-fi access in our condo and at the clubhouse and pool areas.

Our condo is a short walk to the nature reserve which is a haven for wildlife and where you can enjoy the lovely walking trails.

Bahama Bay enjoys an ideal location away from the hustle and bustle of Orlando but within easy reach of all the amusement parks. There are plenty of options for golf and outlet shopping and even the Northern Everglades are within a manageable drive.

We employ a highly rated local guest management company to take care of all aspects of your stay and ensure the condo is maintained to a high standard so you really feel at home.

The location and property grounds were great. The walking path is beautiful, pools are maintained and warm, the splash pad is shaded and great for kids! The condo itself has had some reservations but a few things are showing a lot of wear and tear. The barstool cushion is torn up and not usable, the carpet in the main bedroom to the ensuite is wearing off and the nailstrip can be felt when stepped on. The thermostat went out while we were staying but was taken care of immediately by staff on resort grounds which was appreciated. We were also given an early check in which I so appreciated after a long travel day.
