We enjoyed our stay, everything is provided for a comfortable stay. We did pick up a little more TP, paper towels and garbage bags. But I’m sure if we asked they would have been provided. The 2 fridges were a great surprise, we were able to keep drinks and snacks in 1 and food for meals in the other. The house was spacious enough for our crowd of 15. We were able to push the 2 dinning tables together and have family meals and game night. The area was close enough to parks and many restaurants and groceries. The resort area itself had ice cream shop, food, bar and many other fun things to enjoy. Thank you again for making our vacation memorable.

We truly enjoyed our stay! The location is truly in close proximity to the parks yet far enough away to have peace and quiet when you need it. The house is very well laid out and felt like home. We really enjoyed our time at this villa and it is very nice community. Some other comments note the noise from the road behind but I felt it was nice not having neighbors backing onto the property, personal preference I guess.Lots of space for our group of 12 (6 adults and 6 kids under 12) and having 2 fridges was a big benefit. Many places have the garages converted to a games room but this place has a functioning garage. This was great for stroller and ECV storage.Property was close to shopping and other amenities. Overall a great stay and would book again.

Family Thanksgiving Gathering!

Beautiful Villa, great location with lots of room and a great clubhouse close by. Furnishings, especially mattresses are worn but didn’t keep us from having a great time! Ricky, the property manager was very responsive when called. It was a great time and location for our family to be together.

This home was perfect for our group! We had a group of 16 and everyone slept very comfortably with so much space. This was clean, and had so much fun to enjoy. The heater pool and spa are definitely worth getting, we used them daily! Check in, out was flexible and easy. Our host was great, and communication was very easy. We will definitely be staying here for our annual trip.

Family Vacation

This was a great place to stay with my family. We had 22 people and this place was perfect for a family of all ages. Very spacious with plenty of rooms and beds. We all enjoyed the private pool. They even had a stroller and playpen for my baby. The only problem we had while there was with the kitchen sink. It was hard to turn the sink on and off because something was wrong with the handle.
