It's fine, I guess

Pay attention to the listing. It says "hairdryer" not "hairdryers" and "starter pack"' of tp, paper towels, etc. They mean starter-enough tp for a day and 3 dishwasher pods. Not a lot of bath towels for the number of people it is intended to sleep. Communicating with the manager was challenging from the beginning, and got weirder over time. We put down a deposit in October, with the rest due in June. In that time, the credit card expired, so when they tried to run the final payment, it was declined. I got a very cryptic and threatening message that didn't even say it was from vrbo. The house was fine otherwise. Pool is nice. The neighborhood is entirely vacation rentals. The clubhouse is across a big road and required a different code that we were not given. Wi-Fi was good.

Small things

There were a few stains on the carpet and a few marks on the walls near the stairs. Broken handles for the toilet paper rolls. Besides those small things no real issues.
