The property was amazing …the area was great. The only complaint was that there was no wifi for the first couple of days because the modem wasn’t working properly!

Vacation ruined, I’m devastated items were stolen from my vehicle and a very strange, uncomfortable and scary interaction at checkout, with a stranger that was not presented to be with the company or able to be identified when asked by staff. Unable to use one of the rooms. Had to do my own cleaning upon arrival. At least my children had fun!

Friday morning I called to request a heated pool and paid by credit card $150 for 5 nights On Saturday night I called to find out why the pool is not heated and they told me that I did not order nor did I pay and I could not argue with her Monday the pool was heated - I paid $150 for one day for a heated pool
