Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability, prior approval, and possible additional fees.

🏘️ Windsor Cay Community Access: After your reservation is confirmed, you will receive arrival instructions with a link to complete the required community registration. You must complete the form to obtain the QR code needed for community entry. Please complete registration before arrival.

🎮 Gaming Consoles: Gaming consoles are not provided.

🔥 POOL HEATING

$35 per day + applicable taxes

3-day minimum

Must be requested at least 48 hours in advance

The attached spa is not a hot tub. It may not have jets and heats to the same temperature as the pool, up to a maximum of 90°F.

The heat-exchange system does not operate when outdoor temperatures fall below 50°F.

During cold weather, the pool may not reach your desired temperature. Refunds are not provided for weather-related heating limitations.

🍔 BBQ GRILL: A grill is not provided. Please contact us if you would like information about a local grill rental company.
