➤ IMPORTANT NOTE FOR 1 WEEK STAY OR LONGER:

Toilet paper, garbage bags, and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest's responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay.



Guest Access:

➤ Just a heads up, guests can't use the closet in the entryway, but you will have access to the entire unit. Please make yourself at home.



➤ Two parking spot passes available. You can find extra parking at nearby stores. No commercial vehicles allowed – violators might get towed.



The Neighborhood:

Nestled in a peaceful community, this area offers a perfect blend of tranquility and convenience. You'll find plenty of nearby attractions, from local parks to golf courses, ideal for outdoor enthusiasts and families alike.



The neighborhood is just a short drive away from some of Florida’s top destinations. With easy access to Disney, Universal Studios, and Downtown Orlando, there's always something exciting to do. Shopping, dining, and entertainment options are plentiful and just around the corner.



Despite being close to major attractions, the neighborhood retains a laid-back vibe. It's a welcoming place where you can relax after a busy day of sightseeing, enjoying the comfort of your own space in a serene environment.



Getting Around:

Other Things to Note:

➤ My place does come with heating and A/C, but I can't promise you'll hit that comfy spot if your ideal temp is below 17 or above 25 degrees Celsius. And, you know how it is with short-term rentals – folks are always coming and going. So, I can't guarantee a flawless run all the time because, truth be told, some guests tend to go overboard and push the systems to the point where repairs are needed.



➤ Unfortunately, I can't offer a bag drop-off service. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use bagbnb site to find options to drop off your bag for a fee.
