Welcome to our fabulous 4-bed, 2-bath fully furnished villa with a private southwest-facing pool and beautiful golf course views. Relax on the pool deck with a covered seating area—perfect for enjoying Florida's stunning sunsets.
Located in the popular Highlands Reserve Golf Community just off US 27, we're 15–20 minutes from Disney, 40 minutes to Universal and Orlando International Airport, and just 5 minutes from Berry Town Center, home to Publix, Starbucks, IHOP, and more.
Our villa blends modern updates with traditional charm and comfortably sleeps 8. The master has a king bed, ensuite, and Roku TV. There's a Queen bedroom and two themed twin rooms—one Harry Potter, one Lion King—each with Roku TVs and plenty of storage.
The open-plan living area includes two sofas, a large smart TV, and pool views. The dining area seats the whole family, and the updated kitchen has stainless steel appliances, air fryer, Ninja blender, Mickey waffle maker, Keurig, and all your essentials.
A cozy breakfast nook is perfect for planning your day. There's also a washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board for your convenience.
Enjoy the newly added games room with A/C, pool table, Roku TVs, gaming chairs, Xbox Series S, and Nintendo Switch. Great for unwinding after a day at the parks!
