Located in the private gated community of Windsor Palms, just minutes from Disney, our 4 Bedroom, 3 Bathroom home features hardwood laminate flooring throughout with a private screened in pool, spa and covered lanai with no rear neighbors! Our home is equipped with 2 master bedrooms each with ensuite bath and 2 more bedrooms with 2 twin beds in each. All bedrooms feature flat screen TV. The spacious living room features a flat screen TV, DVD player, X-Box One, and WIFI throughout the home. Our kitchen has all the comforts needed to prepare a family meal after a busy day out, including dishwasher, and has ample seating with breakfast bar, table for 6 as well as a separate dining area with formal dining table. Our backyard features a private pool and spa with heating and comfortable loungers and chairs to enjoy the beautiful Florida sun. Enjoy a relaxing meal or drink at our outdoor dining area under the covered lanai with ceiling fan. Our garage has been converted to a games room with air hockey, foosball, electronic darts, and pool table. For those travelling with young children, we have included a playpen with bedding, highchair, as well as a single and double stroller.

Windsor Palms is one of the few communities to feature a 24Hr guard gated entrance and is located 5-15 minutes to Walt Disney World Resorts as well as a short distance to many other Florida attractions such as Universal Studios and Sea World. Within a few minutes drive you will find several championship golf courses, shopping centers and many great restaurants and shops. As our guest, you will have access to all of Windsor Palms amenities including spacious community pool and hot tub, sun deck, beach volleyball, picnic area, toddler splash pad, playground, basketball, pickle ball and tennis courts. Inside the 7500 square foot clubhouse, you will find a fitness center, arcade area with various games, ping pong and pool tables, convenience store, tiki bar and even a 58 seat movie theatre! For a small fee, our resort even has a shuttle service to all major attractions and several shopping centers.

We had a great time staying here! The house was perfect! Clean, comfortable, and welcoming. It was perfect for our extended family trip, with plenty of room for everyone. We enjoyed the comforts of pool and hot tub, as well as the game room for some good family bonding. Kitchen was well stocked, which made making meals easy. Great communication with Kendric and easy to get in touch with. Neighborhood was nice and quiet and very safe. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful villa in a great location for Disney. We stayed 10 nights and had an amazing holiday, only 15-20 minutes drive to Disney parks. The pool was a great size and we had the sun all day. Bedrooms lovely and kids enjoyed the games room. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Nice place, my grandkids really enjoyed the house and the area pool. Masterbedroom bed was comfortable, only issue was that the shower needs a deeper cleaning, really need to check house keeping on making sure they clean the mold in the bedroom also spider webb on bed.

“Just Perfect”Great location, the estate has gated access permanently staffed. All communications with the host Kedric was spot on and access to the villa was well explained. On entering the villa it was spotless, a real credit to the host and cleaning / management service. The pool was lovely & warm and the hot tub was hot! The whole experience of stopping in this villa was excellent. We actually borrowed one of the 3 pushchairs/ strollers that was in the storage box in the games room / garage. The pool area was spotlessly clean and was cleaned / maintained twice during our stay by a very pleasant pool guy. There are plenty of pool inflatables (see photo). All things considered this is a fantastic villa. Our 6 year old granddaughter when asked about what was the best thing about our holiday to Disney World she replied “ the swimming pool at the villa”

The owner was amazing, great communication! The home was very detailed, clean, they had absolutely everything. My kids loved the clubhouse and arcade and the restaurant in the clubhouse. Great Summer Trip

This was our second time staying at this property and it is now going to be our go to home in Four Corners! The property is well maintained and the pool was very clean and well kept, plus there was a huge deck! We had plenty of supplies to get us through the week and there was so much space to spread out and really relax. Everything we expected and more

We were very pleased with our stay at this house. I think our only regret is not staying there longer. We have stayed in other houses and condos in the area for years and this one surprised us with the supply of the little stuff. Just finding an abundance of trash bags, kitchen stuff, and extra bedding was comforting. It felt less like I was renting a rental house, but borrowing the home of a friend/relative. Thanks for the comforting stay.

Windsor Palms vacation

We stayed at this property last year and were thrilled to be able to stay here again during our visit this year. This house has absolutely everything we needed, well stocked kitchen, beach towels, beach chairs and a game room in the garage. The kids were in the pool for hours at a time and loved it! The owners were easy to work with and we really felt at home. Hopefully, we'll get down there again next year.
