Proxy Card required to access the clubhouse and amenities. Guests must purchase the card at the clubhouse/front desk

The card is refundable when returned per clubhouse rules (lost/damaged/not returned cards may have replacement fees).

Bath towels and medium towels are provided

Face towels/washcloths are NOT provided (post-Covid hygiene policy)

Pool heating (optional):

$40/day (minimum 2 nights)

Must be requested 48 hours in advance

May take up to 24 hours to reach max temperature (~95°F / 35°C)

If outdoor temps are below 70°F / 21°C, pool water may still feel cool

No refunds due to weather-related temperature limitations (pool is not a hot tub)

Cleaning & trash:

Professional cleaning before/after your stay is included

No daily housekeeping

Please place trash daily in the outdoor bin to keep the home clean and prevent pests

Mid-stay cleanings available for an additional fee

Package deliveries:

USPS often does not recognize vacation rentals and may return packages

We recommend Amazon, DHL, or FedEx

We are not responsible for returned, lost, or undelivered packages

House rules (strict):

No pets (may result in cancellation without refund + fees)

No parties/events (fees and removal without refund)

No smoking/vaping inside the home or pool area (a fee applies if smoke/odor is detected)

We communicate through the platform and are available to assist before and during your stay

Please report any issues (cleanliness, damage, malfunctions, etc.) within the first 4 hours after check-in so we can respond quickly
