Pool & Spa Charges and Information:
There is an additional optional charge of $65 per day plus tax to heat the pool/spa.
The spa will not heat up without the pool heater being turned on.
Please note that our pools are serviced on a weekly basis.
Access to Windsor Island Resort:
* All guests have to be on the registration form, or they will not be allowed in the resort.
* ALL guests over the age of 18, must provide identification (license, passport, school id, etc).
* No stays over 30 nights allowed per HOA

Resort Parking Rules:
The resort allows a maximum of 5 cars (including visitors)
Please pick up parking rules at the guard gate.
Parking/car limit is strictly enforced.
Do not block the sidewalk or park on the street or the resort will fine you
3rd car needs to be parked parallel to the driveway to it to block the sidewalk

Pool/spa heating is $65 per day and must be for the entire reservation. The grill is $150 for use and includes a tank of propane.
