Beautifully furnished with a fully equipped kitchen that includes full-size appliances, a microwave, a 12-cup drip coffee maker, dishes, utensils, pots, and pans.

There is also a washer and dryer inside your unit, along with linens and bath towels for your convenience. *Please note: Pool towels are NOT included.*

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

- Starter Kit Provided: We supply you with a limited starter kit consisting of 2 toilet paper rolls, 2 small bar soaps, and 1 travel-size bottle of shampoo per bathroom; 1 roll of paper towels, laundry soap for 1 load, 2 dishwasher pods, a 4 oz. bottle of dish detergent, and 2 trash bags per container. From there, it is your responsibility to replenish supplies as needed at nearby stores.
- AC Temperature Settings: For proper operation of the cooling system, the lowest the thermostat can be set is 72°F. Setting it any lower will cause the AC to freeze up and stop working.
- Security Disclosure: There is an active Ring Video Doorbell located at the front door of the property. The device is located outside the unit and monitors the exterior entry area.
