Storey Lake is a gated community and all guests must be pre-registered before arrival.

After booking, we will request:

Primary guest full name

Full names of all adult guests

Driver names and (if possible) vehicle plate numbers

Once registered, we will send a vehicle access barcode (phone or printed).

Entry may be delayed or denied if not registered in advance.



For guest safety and privacy, access to the property is strictly limited to registered guests only.

No third parties are authorized to enter the property during a reservation unless previously coordinated with the guest.

Each reservation is assigned a unique access code.

Towel policy:

Bath towels and medium towels are provided

Face towels/washcloths are NOT provided (post-Covid hygiene & safety policy)

Pool heating (optional – IMPORTANT):

$40 per day (2-night minimum)

Must be requested 48 hours in advance

May take up to 24 hours to reach maximum temperature (~95°F / 35°C)

If outdoor temperatures fall below 70°F / 21°C, the pool may not feel warm even with heat on

No refunds/credits if the desired temperature isn’t reached due to weather

Pool heating warms the full body of water—this is not a hot tub/spa

Cleaning & trash:

Professional cleaning before & after your stay is included

No daily housekeeping included

Please dispose of trash daily in the designated bins to avoid pests

Mid-stay cleanings are available for an additional fee

Package deliveries:

USPS often does not recognize vacation rental addresses and may return mail/packages. We recommend Amazon, DHL, or FedEx.

We are not responsible for returned/lost/undelivered packages.

Strict house rules (US$500 fee):

No parties/events

No smoking/vaping indoors

No pets

We communicate through the platform and are available before, during, and after your stay . Please report any concerns (cleanliness, maintenance, damages, or other issues) within the first 4 hours after check-in so we can help quickly
