Sadly our rental home was less than and a huge disappointment from what was written in the description. Given the amount asked for we had higher expectations. Upon arrival the house wasn’t even clean. Trash, laundry and things were still all around the house, down to bathrooms not even being clean. Things were broken/destroyed and to end the first day the beds are rock hard. And I’m not exaggerating I actually pulled up the sheets to make sure we were actually laying in a mattress. I woke up every morning with my back hurting because of how uncomfortable they were. Worse than that my family didn’t get good sleep which made every day worse and worse. Let’s get back to the house though. We did reach out to the management company about the cleaning, they sent someone out to take care of it. Language barrier was off and we left after talking to them on what needed to be done (entire house). We went to go get a bite to eat so maybe 2 hours and when we got back they were already gone. No way 2 people did the laundry and entire house like it needed to be done in that time frame. But, they did take stuff that was ours (my fault for leaving it there). Broken chandelier, broken stove top, broken and ripped patio screen on top of other damages that were addressed but not even got acknowledged till VRBO had to reach out to them on Friday. Problem is those issues still weren’t fixed. I had great hopes for this house and was disappointed tremendously by the outcome
