Level up your Orlando vacation at 1upRetreat, a one-of-a-kind Super Mario-themed 4-bedroom, 3-bath townhome in the prestigious ChampionsGate Resort. Custom Mario murals cover every room floor to ceiling, immersing your group in the Mushroom Kingdom from the moment you walk in.

The open-concept living and dining area is perfect for gathering after a day at the parks, and the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook and eat together. A queen bedroom and full bathroom on the ground floor make this home easy for multi-generational groups, guests who'd rather skip the stairs are covered. Upstairs, three more bedrooms include a primary suite with a California King bed and private en-suite bathroom.

Step outside to your own private pool, ideal for cooling off after the parks or relaxing in the Florida sun. Pool heat is available on request for $40/day and keeps the water at a comfortable 84°F.

As our guest, you'll also have access to two resort clubhouses: the Oasis Club, with a lazy river, splash pad, resort pools, hot tub, fitness center, arcade, restaurant, and movie theater, and The Retreat Club, with a water park, slides, additional pools, and dining. Free tennis and pickleball courts are also part of the community, and golf at ChampionsGate Golf Club and mini golf at The Retreat Club are available by the round.

Fast Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace mean a work-from-home day is easy here too, handy if you want to stretch a quick trip into a full week.

You are booking the entire townhome with a private entrance and full access to the house. Champions Gate is a gated community with guard-staffed entry. After booking, you'll get a text and/or email invite from the community's access system to register your vehicle and driver info ahead of your stay.

A signed rental agreement is required to complete your reservation, and a refundable $250 security deposit will also be collected through our secure booking platform. You'll receive the agreement automatically right after booking.

1upRetreat is 15 miles from Walt Disney World and a short drive from Orlando's other theme parks, shopping, and dining.

The AC is locked between 70°F and 75°F. Florida summers push units to their limit, on a 100°F day that's already 25-30 degrees below outside temperature, so please don't expect it to feel like a walk-in freezer.
