There was bugs everywhere, my daughter cut her foot the first day we got there in the game room with glass in her foot, half pf the power did not work, communication was terrible, i missed two days of my stay due to miscommunication

The parking was terrible. It was not communicated prior to our stay that only three cars were able to park in the driveway and there was no street parking.The property shared areas where parking was located after our incident with the tow company. The additional parking was too far from the home. The tow company that is used by the HOA is very unprofessional and it seems as if they target people of color. During our stay we had several cars towed and one was hooked with a person in the car. The tow company was New Generation Towing and Recovery.
Fire company had to be called due to a gas like odor in the home.

Thermostat must stay on 72. We ended up purchasing fans because the house was not cool the entire stay.
