The Space:

This spacious home features five bedrooms and four bathrooms and is located in Windsor Cay Resort, complete with high-speed internet. Although Windsor Cay's resort some area are currently under construction. This house comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests for an unforgettable stay. We provide a welcome kit with basic home essentials. The welcome kit is not replenished, so please purchase any additional supplies you may need during your stay.



For an additional fee, you can enjoy the pool heated during your stay. Please request it 48 hours in advance of check-in.



Guest Access:

Enjoy full access to this amazing family vacation home and all its fantastic features! You'll have the entire 5-bedroom townhouse all to yourselves, including the private pool for splashing fun. Plus, you're welcome to use the game room for some friendly competition and entertainment. As guests of Windsor Cay Resort, you'll also have access to all of the resort's amenities (provided all guests are pre-registered), perfect for making your family vacation even more memorable. From the fully equipped kitchen to the comfortable living areas, this home is designed to make your stay as easy and enjoyable as possible.



The Neighborhood:

Nestled in the heart of Clermont, your vacation home is perfectly positioned for family fun! You're a short drive from the magic of Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, and SeaWorld, making it easy to hop from park to park. For dining, you'll find a variety of options nearby, from casual eateries perfect for a quick bite to family-friendly restaurants for a leisurely meal. If you're looking for some retail therapy, plenty of shops are within easy reach. Additionally, the Windsor Cay Resort community boasts fantastic amenities. Embrace the convenience and create unforgettable memories during your family vacation!



Getting Around:

Getting around is a breeze from our family-friendly townhouse! Free parking is available right on the premises, making it easy to come and go as you please. For those flying in, Orlando International Airport (MCO) is about a 35-45 minute drive away. You're also conveniently close to major roadways, such as US-192, providing quick access to theme parks, dining, and shopping. While public transport isn't the primary mode of travel in this area, ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft are readily available to help you explore all the local attractions with ease.



Other Things to Note:

BOOKING YOUR STAY: You must be 21+ to book. A valid ID is required at check-in.



BEFORE CHECK-IN: Please send a complete guest list by 5:00 PM EST, 24 hours before arrival.



AMENITIES:

* Pack ’n Plays and high chairs are available upon request.

* Included: fresh linens, 1 bath towel per guest, 1 hand towel per bathroom, bath rugs, hair dryer, and starter supplies (soap, paper goods, 3 trash bags, 1 laundry detergent, 1 dishwasher pod).

* After the starter supplies, guests are responsible for restocking items as needed.

* Not provided: washcloths, salt/pepper, or open food items.

* Washer & dryer available.



MAINTENANCE:

We’re always ready to assist with any maintenance needs—surprises can happen even after our check-in inspection. Please report issues promptly so we can address them quickly; delays may affect our ability to assist during business hours.



POOL AND SPA HEATER:

POOL AND SPA HEATER (if applicable):

The SPA is not a hot tub. The SPA is connected to the pool and both are heated by the same system. The pool heater is required to heat both areas and there is an additional fee. Please note: Not all properties have a SPA. This information applies only to homes that include a SPA feature.

The heater can take up to 24 to 48 hours to fully heat the water and will be turned on once the payment has been processed. Please make sure to request pool heating at least 48 hours prior to arrival.

The pool is heated to 86°F. For health and safety reasons, we cannot raise the temperature beyond 86°F.

Just to clarify, the pool and SPA share the same water temperature since they operate on the same system. We understand that “SPA” can sometimes be mistaken for a jacuzzi, but in this case, it is a warm water area without hydromassage jets.



Important Notes:

•⁠ ⁠Reservations of 2 nights are not eligible for pool heater refunds, even in the event of any possible issue, due to the short duration of the stay.

•⁠ ⁠During periods of extreme cold temperatures (approximately 32°F–40°F), the pool heater will continue working to maintain the set temperature; however, the water may still feel colder. This is due to external weather conditions and heat loss caused by low outdoor temperatures, on this circumstance the water temperature will only warm 20 degrees more than the outside temperature.

These weather-related conditions are not considered a malfunction of the pool heater and therefore do not qualify for a refund.
