The Space:

This spacious home has five bedrooms and four bathroom and is located in Windsor Cay Resort and is equipped with high speed internet. You will have complete access to Windsor Cay amenities provided all guests are pre-registered. This house comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests for an unforgettable stay. We provide a welcome kit with some basic home essentials. We do not replenish the welcome kit, so please purchase any additional supplies you might need during your stay.



For an additional fee, you can enjoy the pool heated during your stay. Please request it 48 hours before your check-in.



Other Things to Note:

BOOKING YOUR STAY: You must be 21+ to book. A valid ID is required at check-in.



BEFORE CHECK-IN: Send a complete guest list by 5 PM EST, 24 hours before arrival.



POOL AND SPA HEATER: The pool heater takes 48 hours to heat. Please request it in advance (additional fee applies). ***The pool is heated to 86F For health and safety reasons we cannot raise the temperature beyond 86F. Thank you for your understanding. Just to clarify, the pool and the SPA share the same water temperature, as they are both heated by the same system. We understand that 'SPA' can sometimes be mistaken for a jacuzzi, but in this case, it's a relaxing warm water area without hydromassage jets. If you have any questions or need anything else, we’re here to help!"IMPORTANT INFORMATION: No parties, pets, or indoor smoking. $10 fee for deliveries.
