Io e la mia ragazza abbiamo soggiornato in questo affittacamere a Oristano. La struttura è situata a pochi passi dal centro e vicinissima a molti locali. Per quanto riguarda il parcheggio, ce n'è uno a pagamento a 20 metri e uno gratuito a 50 metri (anche se a volte può capitare di dover parcheggiare a circa 200 metri per non pagare, ma è comunque gestibile). ​La camera era pulita, tuttavia abbiamo notato che non è insonorizzata: purtroppo si sente tutto quello che succede nelle altre stanze. L'arredamento è un po' minimal; suggerirei di aggiungere degli asciugamani per il bidet e qualche piano d'appoggio in più per le proprie valigie o oggetti personali. ​Il letto è comodo (c'è un topper), anche se la rete risulta un po' cigolante. I guanciali li ho trovati un po' scomodi, ma ammetto di essere io abituato a quelli in piuma. Nel complesso, il rapporto qualità-prezzo è giusto.

Sehr gut gelegene Unterkunft mit Blick auf die Piazza Roma. Alles war sauber, die Kommunikation war gut und der Checkin unkompliziert. Ich kann die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.

Molto carino, pulito, curato, ristrutturato da poco, a poche decine di metri dalla centralissima piazza Roma. Comunicazioni eccellenti con i gestori e operazioni di consegna e restituzione della camera semplicissime. Per correttezza devo avvisare che non è adatto per disabili in quanto ha una scala come punto d'accesso alle camere che sono tutte al 1 piano. Unico punto di miglioramento che mi sento di suggerire è la posizione dello split (condizionatore) interno alla camera che è puntato direttamente sul letto e nonostante tutte le regolazioni possibili da telecomando non c'è stato verso di dirottare l'aria altrove. Per me che non amo l'aria condizionata puntata addosso è stato un problema tanto che ho dovuto spegnerlo soffrendo un po' il caldo. Tutto il resto è ineccepibile.
