During peak season we cannot guarantee the availability of Early Check-in or Late Check-out, as these depend on the accommodation's occupancy and cleaning schedule.



👥 Additional Guests



Guests exceeding maximum capacity: €25 per person per night, subject to property authorisation.



🐾 Pets



Supplement of €5 per pet per day, whether or not pets are permitted at the accommodation.



If pets are not allowed, payment of the supplement does not authorise their presence.



💳 Security Deposit



Before arrival, a pre-authorisation of €200 will be placed on the guest's bank card. This is not a charge, but a temporary hold that will be released approximately 7 days after check-out, once it has been verified that the property is returned in good condition and house rules have been respected.
