An Absolutely Perfect Base For Any Type of Holiday!

Casa Limones is bright, spacious and furnished to an extremely high standard with hot and cold air conditioning, a secluded balcony, washing machine, ironing and clothes airing facilities, TV and DVD. It is situated on a quiet, well-maintained, residential development and is conveniently located with shops, bars, restaurants and children’s play area/park within a 10 mins walk but not close enough to hear. Easily accessible from Alicante and Murcia airports. There is an attractive gated, landscaped communal pool within 100 yards walk and several wonderful blue flag beaches are within 5 mins drive. The apartment is in a prime location for golfers as championship courses are easily accessible. The superb new shopping mall, Zenia Boulevard, with an extensive range of designer shops, dining options and play area, is a 25 minute walk. At hand are also some of the most extensive hiking trails in the country, two marinas, tennis, sea fishing, horse riding, go karting and quad biking as well as extensive water sports facilities. In addition, the area boasts a huge amount of artistic variety and heritage, with local markets and attractive villages/towns to visit.

PLEASE NOTE
On arrival, a payment of 60 euros for cleaning and a payment of 7 euros per person for towels and bed linen will be payable in cash.
On arrival, a breakage/damage deposit of 100 euros will be payable, which will be refunded on satisfactory inspection at the end of the stay.

El apartamento perfecto!!la ubicación regular,el acceso a la piscina es difícil para mayores y todo está para ingleses,la TV solo en inglés y las personas que nos atendieron no hablan español,deberían avisar de ésta circunstancia.

Logement très fonctionnel, dans un quartier calme et facile à ce garer. La piscine est un peu loin avec beaucoup de restrictions, pas le droit aux bouées, balles et ballons... Environnement très touristique avec de très jolis endroits à découvrir.

Casa relax

L'appartamento è situato in una zona residenziale, molto bella e curata sotto ogni aspetto, anche se non comodissima ai servizi, bisogna disporre di un'auto. L'interno è completo e confortevole, dispone di ogni cosa possa servire in una casa vacanze. La piscina è bellissima, pulita e curata, tanto che la abbiamo preferita al mare, veramente da 5 stelle!! Nel complesso siamo soddisfatti del nostro soggiorno ma abbiamo un paio di consigli per la proprietà: Una casa di questo livello non può non avere un asciugacapelli, per noi è stato un disagio, lo stesso la mancanza di una caffettiera o macchina per il caffè. Grazie Christine!

Fenomenal

El apartamento está súper limpio. La ubicación no es la mejor porque hay que coger el coche para todo pero hay muchas playas a pocos kms, centros comerciales, restaurantes, Mercadona, etc. El apartamento está muy bien equipado, eché de menos estantes en los armarios de ropa pero por lo demás perfecto. La atención de Christine ha sido de 10 en todo momento. Muy amable y solucionando rápidamente las cuestiones que le hemos comentado. No teníamos microondas y nos lo trajeron al día siguiente de nuestra entrada. Se estropeó el frigorífico y nos trajeron uno nuevo en unas horas. Muchas gracias por todo, Christine, hemos estado muy cómodos en el apartamento.

Fantastic

Everything went smoothly from start of booking to the last minute of handing keys back when going home. Christine always answered any queries before our holidayI had within a day. Getting keys was no problem and Frank was a lovely gentleman and his wife is the cleaner and it’s the cleanest property I’ve ever rented. Great communal pool area. Appartment had everything in that’s needed being SC. Would definitely rent this property again as one of the best I’ve rented. Thank you Christine.. Kind Regards Karen Piper
