We had enormous issues with this property. Just after arriving I needed to sweep the floor. According to photos showing an nespresso machine, there was none. Also the microwave didn't work. We called the manager and he responded with a new microwave and a new Nespresso machine. A good sign - so we thought. Things got worse. We found our bed linens of poor quality & miss-matched. We ended up buying some new sheets. Our pillows also were very poor quality. On day 3 of our month long stay, the roof started to leak and thought it was because of rainfall but discovered after a contractor investigated it was a leaky hot water tank. It wasn't replaced for days. Then, less than a week later, we found a leaky ceiling on the ground floor. This wasn't related to the hot water tank but a separate issue stemming from a broken water pipe. The contractor returned but never repaired as a plumber was needed. A few days later, the hot water tank leak got worse & water poured from the 2nd storey ceiling in a stream. We notified the manager immediately who sent over the contractor for the 3rd time. The hot water tank was replaced with a new one. The ground floor ceiling continued to leak our entire stay & never repaired. Our last 2 weeks we had to turn the water on when we needed it and off when we didn't by a main valve 50m outside the home. Terrace furniture was cheap, in disrepair & unclean & unusable. We paid a lot of money for this location, which was the only thing it had going for it.
