You will be 2 minutes by car from Orient Bay, one of the most beautiful beaches of Saint Martin where you can enjoy beach restaurants, shops and nautical activities. Strategic location; you are equidistant from Marigot and Philisburg, Dutch side for your lively evenings…

The house can accommodate a large family or several couples because it is composed as follows:

The main part

- living room with TV, WIFI, equipped kitchen with a huge covered terrace, sea view, 8*4 swimming pool and 4*2 beach with a large pool house fitted out with a lounge area and a fully equipped bar.

Sleeping areas – for 4 bedrooms:
- 2 bedrooms with bathroom, (bed 180x200)
- 1 smaller bedroom that can accommodate two children (180x200 bed)
- 1 bedroom with bathroom (bed 180x200), independent access from the terrace

With 6 double bedrooms in total, we can accommodate up to 12 people
