Here is the translation in English: NEW! One bedroom apartment located in a recently built residence, accommodating up to 4 people on the ground floor in the heights of Orient Bay. The bedroom features a large double bed and an open concept bathroom. The living area includes a fully equipped kitchen, a sofa bed, a separated toilet and a terrace with sea view. Secured residence, WIFI, A/C, Infinity pool Orient Bay Beach and Gallion Beach are a 15 minute walk away.

All the unit is for our guests and an access to the swimming pool

Currently, Saint Martin is experiencing water supply problems. There may also be power and internet outages. These are the downsides of island life! Flashlights and a battery are available for electricity and big water bottle to help during water cuts. We will not grant any discount or refund due to these issues beyond our control and the accommodation. Extra baby or extra bed, on request and subject to availability
