Très bien situé, près de tour les services. Environnement agréable. Piscine superbe.

Accès à toutes les activités de la Baie Orientale par la plage. Près de plusieurs excellents restaurants et magasinage pour ceux qui aiment.

Bon emplacement

Logement situé dans une résidence bien entretenue. La plage est juste à côté 2’ à pied. Une belle piscine au bord de la plage. Dommage que des parasols ou des paillotes soient absents. Le logement est situé au RDC. La résidence est bien sécurisée, le parking reste surveillé. Les véhicules mal stationnés gagnent un autocollant sur la vitre latérale. La décoration du logement est sympa. L’équipement de la cuisine reste correct, une bouilloire et une essoreuse à salade serait un plus. La literie est de bonne qualité, un grand lit, le canapé est confortable, la télé est grande et le wifi et la box orange fonctionnent bien. Merci à Karine pour son accueil, nous n’avons pas eu à chercher le logement, elle nous a trouvé sur le parking des notre arrivée. Saint Martin est une île sympa, mais un gros travail sur les routes est à faire. En plus des trous il y a des ralentisseurs, on se demande pourquoi tellement les routes sont défoncées. Ici, on n’évite pas les trous, on les choisis. Conclusion: séjour agréable, le logement est bien, le voisinage sympa… nous reviendrons 😍
