ProblÚme de réglement en double !

Ma réservation Hotels.com n'est pas parvenue au Novotel d'orgeval et ce dernier m'a demandé de regler une seconde fois la chambre. Lé réservation étaient pourtant bien enregistrée sur le site. L'hotel et le SAV de Hotels.com devaient revenir vers moi et 2 semaines aprÚs, pas de nouvelles !

Tout est trÚs vieillot . Baignoire sans bouchon donc impossible à utiliser. Moquette salle, peinture écaillée sur les bas de murs et portes dans la salle de bain . oreillers tres mauvaise qualité, pleins de morceaux dans les oreillers. literie ok, frigo vide . Personnel ok - espace ok de la chambre , mais cet hÎtel ne correspond absolument aux nombres d'étoiles annoncées.
