Welcome to your ultimate gathering place in Utah Valley — a home designed for families, friends, and groups who want space, comfort, and fun all in one. With beds for 18 guests, multiple gathering areas, and endless amenities, this house is the perfect spot to reconnect, play, and make memories.



A Home Made for Gathering

The main floor invites you in with a spacious living room centered around a large-screen Smart TV — perfect for family movie nights. The dining area seats 10, while the sunroom adds another 2 tables with seating for 10 more, making shared meals a breeze. Whether it’s breakfast together or a big family dinner, there’s room for everyone at the table.



The fully stocked kitchen includes every appliance and tool you need, plus extras like a high chair, baby gates, and small appliances to make traveling with family easier. A laundry room and half bath add convenience right where you need it.



Space for Everyone to Rest

Main Floor Master: King bed, bunk beds, and a crib tucked into a walk-in closet, with private ensuite bathroom.

Basement: Queen bedroom + full bathroom, plus a huge family room with 60" TV, foosball, game table, and dedicated workspace with monitor.



Upstairs Bedrooms:

Sunflower Room: King bed + 2 twin beds

Green Room: King bed, full bed, and twin bed

South Room: King bed and trundle bed

This home was designed to make your stay effortless: soft bedding, fluffy towels, stocked bathrooms with shampoo and soap, and plenty of pillows and blankets. Every detail has been considered so you can spend your time enjoying each other, not worrying about the little things.

You will have access and use of the entire house! Guest also will have access to parking in the 2 car garage as well as ample driveway parking. Additional street parking available as well.

We do allow family gatherings, however as we are in a neighborhood and NOT an event center, we do not allow gatherings over 40 people. Please message me for additional price for larger gatherings. We all have tables and chairs available for rent if you are having an our door gathering.

We had a very good stay. The kids loved the backyard. The only down side was that the upstairs was too warm and the people staying in the upstairs bedrooms complained they had trouble sleeping. It was a very warm week in Utah which I am sure made it more difficult to keep the home cool.

Great experience

We stayed here with a large youth group for three nights. There was plenty of room, the location is central the most everything in Utah County, and the large backyard was perfect for summer evenings. Communication with the host was excellent and they were always fast to respond and very helpful. I would absolutely stay here again

The VRBO we used for 1/2 of my family for my family coming in for a wedding. Unfortunately, the thermostat was locked, very hot, and uncomfortable in the home. It was warmer at night than day and shut down the AC unit. As the mother of the bride, my family didn't want to complain to me so had no idea. My sister from Europe said probably the worst she has stayed at comfort-wise. The location is good for guests going to Sundance.

Great location and Home

We had a small family reunion and this home was great for what we needed. The location was very central, as we had activities up the Canyon, in Provo, and Lehi. Check-in was super easy and the owner was fantastic to work with. Everything that needed attention, was attended to quickly and communication was fantastic and timely. The rooms were super cute and we had beds for everyone! Our littles enjoyed the fun toy room and the backyard. We also loved the Corn Hole provided. It really was a great stay!

A Convenient Location and Lots of Beds

This house is great if you need beds! It had a bed for 18 individuals. The number of beds per room made it possible to divide the rooms according to families. The configuration of the beds was different than stated online. We were able to make adjustments. Some beds were more comfortable than others. The house is older, so you do hear a lot of noise inside the house during the night. Because the house is older, some bathrooms did not appear clean. There is no tub, only showers. We were in Orem to attend a wedding reception. It did fit everyone comfortably-we had 14 people there. The house was cold and we could not control the thermostat, but the manager was able to respond quickly to our text and turned up the heat. The neighborhood is quiet and seemed to be very family friendly. We had our dog with us. The backyard is fenced and was perfect for him! The kitchen was well stocked. It made for a happy place to stay with family!

The Barn

Kitchen was way too small compared to how it was pictured. Screens were missing, so sleeping was too hot. Not a place for those who cannot do stairs. Cleaning was not done well, though the cleaning fee was substantial. We would stay again if things were in working order and it was cleaned.

The place is listed as a perfect place for gathering, but when I mentioned we were having family over for dinner (we had less than 20 people). I could tell there was panic. It worked out fine, but it added stress to my day. The kitchen is a bit small, but workable. We couldn’t find any extra trash bags anywhere. A big disappointment was you can’t control the temperature. It is locked!! We wished we could have brought temperatures down a few degrees is all. Don’t stay if you can’t do stairs. Two sets of narrow in places odd stairs. Kids loved it. Lovely bedrooms and decor. Plenty of beds. Couches comfortable upstairs not so much downstairs.

Just what we needed

After reading other reviews I thought twice about looking for something else but decided to keep the reservation. Everything turned out just fine. Location is great, host and communication with the host was great. The rooms in the house were really unique and fun. There was plenty or space for our family group there except the pictures of the kitchen don't exactly show how small that area is. The kitchen was a lot smaller than we expected but everything worked out okay.

Looks Better Than It Is

Where to start....I guess with the general upkeep of the property. If you are interested in seeing unpainted drywall repairs and several unpainted or half-painted walls, then you are in business. The back yard was destroyed upon arrival. Chairs laying on their sides, bbq half apart and cover blown away, trash on lawn, used towels on lawn, dog doo on lawn, etc. Let's move on to the kitchen.....how about 1 dishwasher pod for a 5 bedroom house (that we had full) for 3 nights, or one roll of paper towels, or no replacement trash bags? The trash compactor is apparently really important to the owner, as the first text I got from her was quite long and all about the importance of using it. Well it doesn't work. Another oddity. When we left on Friday the owners showed up. When we left on Saturday the owners showed up. That seems really weird to me. They should have cleaned the place up and dealt with the trash that they sorted through for an hour prior to or after we left. I guess the camera on the shed let's them know when you are away and they feel it appropriate to come over. Lastly, if all you care about is a house that will sleep alot of people, this one will just suffice.
