The place sleeps up to 12 guests, but you are welcome to have family/friends gatherings up to 16 people total. No parties/No events allowed.

Dining Table seats 6, island seats 4, the Dining Area is large enough to accommodate another folding table and 6 folding chairs, which I can provide for the extra visitors/family!

Beginning December 1st! We will have a Christmas tree in the house for you to feel the Christmas Spirit!

Please Note that this is a basemant accessory apartment. I have 3 current tenants renting the 2nd unit. The space in the description is fully yours as they occupy a separate unit with a separate entrance :)
