Overall the hotel is excellent!

Facilities are new and the staff is great. Breakfast was little limited but sufficient. We loved the location since it very close to Ordu.

The room was quite spacious, but the AC wasn’t functioning well. When you open the windows, it gets too noisy. Breakfast was nice, and the staff were friendly. Overall, it was a good one-night stay at this hotel.

Nice stay

The hotel is brand new. The bedroom and bathroom are comfortable, spacious and clean. Check-in was fast and there is free, safe and convenient parking wthin the property. The location is good once you are travelling by car, first for the parking offer and also because you'll need it to go to the city center. Breakfast was a minus as it took ages to be served and was very limited. I believe that due to the small number of guests on that day they opted for a breakfast kit instead of a buffet. Although I fully understand it, still it could have been better taken care of.

Karadeniz turumuzda kaldığımız en güzel yerlerdendi. Çok temizdi. Ordu teleferiğe 10 dk sürüş mesafesinde hiç şehrin o kalabalığa girmeden gözünüz kapalı konaklayacağınız mekan. Odalar çok geniş ve ferah. Kahvaltıları lezzetliydi. Tam bir fiyat performans yer.

Our first impression was terrible as we arrived, as nothing was functioning in the room - the safe, hairdryer, the faucet in the bathroom (no cold water). Only one towel in a double room, not a single chair to sit, etc.. However, the staff were very nice and helpful and they remedied every problem, many thanks to them. The room was clean and the breakfast was OK.
