Private: large, well-kept garden 1'700 m2 (fenced) with lawn and wildlife garden, swimming pool (10 x 5 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase and alarm system. Wunderbares Häuschen in ruhiger Umgebung

Nach einer super netten Übergabe haben wir mit unserer 5 köpfigen Familie einen sehr schönen Urlaub verbracht. Der Pool ist herrlich und mit Plage du Pin Sec ist im Nu ein top Atlantik Strand erreicht. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in Lesparre Medoc und das Häuschen ist ein guter Startpunkt für Jogging- und Radrunden durch die Weinfelder bis hin an die Gironde.

Heerlijke vakantie

Heel verzorgd en zeer proper huisje met een tiptop zwembad en omheinde tuin, waar onze hond zalig in kon ravotten. Huisje is zeer rustig gelegen en alles is aanwezig. De eigenares is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam, kortom, we hebben een topvakantie gehad!

Service et entretien catastrophique

La maison est d extérieur conforme aux photos même si l entretien du jardin n est plus effectué correctement depuis longtemps. A l’intérieur à notre arrivée c est la catastrophe, la tv (réparation après 3 jours) le four (réparation après 4 jours) internet (réparation après 10 jours!!!) ne fonctionnent pas. Les portes d accès ne se ferment plus, la grille du barbecue est cassée. Les propriétaires n habitants plus la région et étant sur place que quelques semaines par an sont complètement dépassés et plus en mesure et surtout n ont plus envie de gérer les problèmes d’une location. Ceci complique encore la résolution des problèmes. La location ne correspond donc pas à ce qui devrait être attendu pour ce type d objet. Le rapport qualité prix n est pas au rendez-vous. Cette location ne mérite en aucun cas les 4 étoiles du site. Autre point l endroit donné pour la location est différent de celui en réalité. Il se trouve 800m plus loin. Même le QR code donné par interhome donne un mauvais itinéraire. Attention les dernier 250 m se font sur un chemin non goudronné et plein de trous.

A calm peaceful break

This house is one of the most peaceful holiday stays we have ever used, on the outskirts of a small village set in vineyards. The house itself is well furnished with a great gardens and pool. Plenty of furniture and shelter from hot midday sun. The welcome from Mr and Mme ... was very friendly and most informative, they ensured we were well informed about the house and surrounding places of interest
