Bed was very comfortable, glad there was a bedside table and lamp on both sides, shower pressure was good and hot, coffee and small drip coffee maker was a nice touch. Two chairs provided were very uncomfortable and the “dresser” was comical. The place was very clean, though and they did a nice job of updating a motel that has been there for quite some time.

Given it's convenient location to the Mt Carmel Junction, this motel was surprisingly quiet. Dining options within walking distance and super comfy bed.

Room was quaint. It's a no frills motel. Check in was seamless with the room code sent by text. Close to restaurants, gas and tourist shopping. Location is close to both parks. It was nice to have a place to stay away from the hustle and bustle of Springdale. It added to the nature experience. We like the small town experience around the area. Plenty of parking. Parked in front of room. The only two down falls is the office wasn't open when we were around. Needed ice for cold pack and gas station was closed. Also, there wasn't a supply of toilet paper in the room. The ONLY role was on the dispenser. That doesn't work for four days with two women.

Property is updated and clean. There was a fair amount of road noise and the air conditioner/heater is extremely loud when running the fan, thus making it difficult to sleep

Check in and out were very convenient. The room itself was adequate as motels go. Not the cleanest, the fan and heater in the bathroom didn’t work and the room was pretty small but it served its purpose.

Nice affordable room

Room was comfortable and clean. They have limited hours that the lobby is staffed, but provided clear check-in instructions on my arrival day via a text message. The motel is in a remote area with limited food options. Nearest town about 15 miles away. However, our stay was nice and we felt welcomed.

Most comfortable bed EVER!

The property had excellent communication with us regarding our stay. We were a late check in, and all the instructions were provided to us so check in was easy. But of all the traveling I have done in my life which is A LOT, the bed in our room was the most comfortable hotel bed I have ever slept on! Being a roadside motel, my expectations weren't too high but this property was fantastic- updated, clean, and comfortable and absolutely exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend staying here.
