Appartement avec une vue magnifique sur les montagnes, bien équipé et trÚs bien situé dans la station, proche des commerces tout en etant au calme. Localisation trÚs intéressante pour accéder rapidement en voiture au point de départ de belles randonnées dans les vallées environnantes.

Appartement correspondant à l'annonce tres bel emplacement RAS par contre nous avons demandé les draps et les éponges à la conciergerie qui nous a loué 45 euros pour 3 serviettes et non pas un set complet comme le font généralement les conciergeries et surtout manque de sympathie de la part Mme..Voilà autrement trÚs bon séjour de 3 jours avec nos gros toutous comme indiqué dans au propriétaire

Logement bien mais conciergerie catastrophique

Le logement est trÚs bien avec une trÚs belle vue. Par contre cÎté gestion du logement, la conciergerie est complÚtement à la ramasse. On nous a donné les clef du mauvais appartement au départ. On paye 30 de frais de ménage mais le seul ménage qui est fait aprÚs nous c'est un coup de d'éponge dans la cuisine. Merci le conciergerie !

Belle localisation et vue incroyable gùchées par le manque d'entretien et de ménage

Points positifs : - l'appartement est trĂšs bien localisĂ©, au calme, Ă  5-10 minutes Ă  pied du centre de la station ; - la vue sud est trĂšs belle, sans aucun vis-Ă -vis ; - pas de problĂšme d'insonorisation. Points nĂ©gatifs : - Ă  l'arrivĂ©e, aucun accueil prĂ©vu : la conciergerie nous a demandĂ© de rĂ©cupĂ©rer les clĂ©s et les draps/serviettes dans un sac devant leur local fermĂ© ; nous avons dĂ» remettre en marche l'Ă©lectricitĂ© dans l'appartement ; - l'appartement Ă©tait sale : le canapĂ© Ă©tait recouvert de poils de chien, les coussins tĂąchĂ©s et recouverts de miettes tout comme la table, le sol non aspirĂ©, les couettes et la literie tĂąchĂ©es, l'Ă©lectromĂ©nager plein de traces ; - l'appartement est mal entretenu : lave-vaisselle en panne en cours de sĂ©jour (fait sauter les plombs), de nombreuses ampoules grillĂ©es, robinet qui fuit, tringle Ă  rideau trop petite, moisissures dans la salle de bains ; - sĂšche-cheveux ridiculement petit et qui cesse de fonctionner Ă  pleine puissance ; - manque de rĂ©activitĂ© et mauvaise foi du propriĂ©taire qui considĂšre ces dĂ©fauts comme "mineurs" et n'accepte aucun dĂ©dommagement. À noter : L'appartement est au 3Ăšme Ă©tage sans ascenseur, il n'y a pas de wifi ni de livret d'accueil. En bref, en dĂ©pit d'une trĂšs belle situation, nous ne conseillons pas cet appartement tant qu'il ne sera pas correctement entretenu.
